Remember ...

The exercise is fun. But it is designed with some serious learning frameworks. The issues of playing the game mirror the issues of working as an organization. The many metaphors in the exercise all link to real world situations and opportunities and the culture of the organization will reflect itself in the play.

We have fun, but we learn things about each other and decide what we might do  differently to improve how things really work!

Another nice design feature of the game is that every team will be successful and all will mine Gold. We also de-empathize “Winners” versus “Losers” and focus on teamwork to optimize overall results.

Of course some teams mine more gold than others but every team contributes to our overall result. Thus, the teams that made planning mistakes or other bad decisions “live to play another day!” and are more open to debriefing discussions. The focus on collaboration between teams is a focus on how your business really operates!

OPTIONS

The delivery options are very flexible.

We can deliver the whole experience. You can sit back or better yet take part!

As the size of the group grows past a certain point we may need help for some of the logistics. We can either quickly train up some of your staff to help, or we can bring in some of our team.

If you think you could run the game yourself, talk to us. We can support your purchase from the designer. (There are different packages available for different sized groups.)
We will help you get up to speed.
